This coffee sourced from Finca Escenica in Nicaragua. The coffee is wet milled on the estates premises in order to better manage quality control. The growing altitude is between 1,300 and 1,700 meters and the varietals include, Borboun, Caturra, Catuai, Pacamara, Marsellesa and Yellow Catuai.
